Nicci Fitzgerald

Nicole (Nicci) joined North Fork Real Estate, Inc. as a real estate agent with a background in Real Estate, Marketing and Project Management. In 2006, after a military assignment in Northern Italy, Nicci and her husband, Shawn, returned to the States where Shawn is now assigned to the Air Guard Base in Westhampton Beach, NY. Being a military spouse and experiencing multiple moves, Nicci has firsthand knowledge of the trials and tribulations of relocating. Nicci chose real estate after personally experiencing both the good and bad aspects of buying and selling homes knowing that she could assist others in avoiding the negative experiences.

Transitioning to her real estate career in 2006, Nicci focused on representing homebuyers, sellers and high-end properties throughout the East End of Long Island. Boundless energy, integrity and an unwavering commitment to all her clients’ needs are what makes Nicci a well-respected, experienced and sought after real estate agent. Her knowledge, articulate communication skills, attention to detail, and organized manner have been significant assets to both North Fork Real Estate, Inc., and her clients.

Living on the North Fork since 2006, Nicci and her husband, Shawn, are raising their two children to be actively involved in the North Fork Community, something that is very important to the Fitzgerald family.

Mission Statement

At North Fork Real Estate we are committed to treating our clients as people, not opportunities. To truly listen to and adapt our resources to your wishes. To always do the right thing, even when it may be difficult or less-profitable for us.

To leverage the latest tools, technologies and our own position as an independent agency to ensure we are providing the best service available anywhere to our clients.

To break the rules, or write new ones, when necessary. To adapt quickly as needed and provide a real estate experience that is both professional and personal. And, whether you are buying or selling, to completely meet your needs, whatever they may be.

What’s It Like To Work With Nicci?

“The purchase of my home was the biggest financial transaction of my life and Nicci expertly helped me through every step. Not only did she find my home for me, she went out of her way to gather necessary information, tracked and worked through every issue/concern, and watched out for my best interest at all times. She explained in detail every thing that I needed to know and made herself available at all times in person, by phone, and electronically based on my preference, not hers. I couldn’t have had a better realtor and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a real estate broker. I’ll end with this….I can honestly say that I considered her one of my “angels from God”.

“I was in the process of renting out my home and had a prior terrible experience. A family member highly recommended Nicci to me … I couldn’t be happier. She knew from the get go exactly what I was and wasn’t looking for in a prospective tenant. She made the process very smooth and comforting. Her personality and work ethic is exceptional!! If your looking to get the job done, Nicci is for you. I will recommend her to all my friends and family.”

Nicci is a highly skilled real estate agent who guides her customers through the real estate maze effortlessly. She listens to what you want, facilitates the real estate process as quickly as possible, anticipates issues, and is willing to help in any way she can. Key to her success is her great listening skills. She was able to narrow down, in one interview session, exactly what we wanted in a home and in one day’s showing, she found us a home we fell in love with. We highly recommend Nicci.”

“We were referred to Nicci Fitzgerald when we relocated to the North Fork several years ago. I was so relieved to find out she was vastly knowledgeable, ambitious and focused on our needs in finding the right home. She was a pleasure to work with and would utilize her, as well as refer her to others, in the future.”
