Welcome to Mattituck

MATTITUCK is a bustling hamlet established in 1678. It’s boundaries are Laurel to the west, Long Island Sound to the north, Peconic Bay to the south and Cutchogue to the east. Love Lane serves as the towns center with many boutiques, barber shop, artisanal foods, post office and railroad station. Mattituck is famous for the Strawberry Festival and the Mattituck Street Fair which are annual events. Mattituck is also home to wineries, fine restaurants and beautiful beaches and parks. Boaters will enjoy marinas which have Sound or Bay access. Veteran’s Park is the go to beach destination for family fun outings.
Mattituck is home to several little league baseball fields, tennis courts and a huge soccer field. Southold Town’s Senior Center is also located here, with its many services and events.

Mattituck students attend the Cutchogue Elementary School known as Cutchogue East on Route 25 in Cutchogue. They then move up to the big Mattituck High School Campus on the Main Road in Mattituck becoming Tuckers!
